Awesome article! I found yoga in the early 2000s, right after 9–11. I’m Type-A, so quickly grew bored with it. After I had my kids though, I rediscovered it. Started with videos at home, then started going to a studio. I latched onto a more “athletic” hot yoga style, but have deepened into my practice. Today I’m a teacher & it’s a moving meditation.
