Beautiful work Shannon, I always learn something from your pieces and the insightful commentary they produce. One thing that was huge for me was to realize that simply growing up in segregation, as most of us do, is an inherent problem. Even if we do ALL the work in educating our children, simply living in segregation speaks volumes without saying a word. Lots of work to do. I am here for it. Thanks again.
